We loved staying at this hotel. The location was perfect, so close to the shuttle bus stop, making it easy to get to the ski slopes covered in snow. The cleanliness of the hotel was great and the hotel facilities were amazing. We loved the communal fridge, board games, DVDs, and Netflix on the very large TV. The complimentary breakfast provided was delicious, providing us with the fuel we needed for a day on the slopes! All the staff were friendly and approachable, and they made our stay comfortable.

This hotel is a great value for money with its convenient location on a slope, making it easy to catch the shuttle bus at the bottom of the steep stairs. The staff is friendly and the basic amenities in the clean rooms, including old bunk beds, provide all the comforts for a comfortable stay. The breakfast, with tomato included, is a nice touch.

No improvement needed, everything was satisfactory.

I unfortunately broke my arm the day of check-in so was unable to stay or get refund etc so that was a loss of $625.No ones fault but mine.My friend did stay and rang me through the week to say he was glad I wasnt there as we would have come to blows over the space available in the room etc and said we should stay somewhere else next time.

The View

The room was very small and way over priced .We paid $1755 for three nights and didnt even get parking . Had to catch a bus to my car daily . The loaction was very high meaning that we had to walk up steep hills and stairs to get back to the room . Tv was small , no fox , beds springs were worn and noisy . Matress lumpy on all beds . Would only recommend to my enemies

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the value for money was excellent. The prices were affordable and the hotel provided all the comforts I needed. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel very welcome. Lastly, the location of the hotel was perfect. It was situated close to the shuttle bus stop, making it easy for me to explore the surrounding area. I had a great experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to others.

The hotel is great value for money, with reasonable prices for clean and spacious rooms. The location is very convenient, as it is very close to the village centre and the best restaurants. It's also situated on a slope with a shuttle bus stop right at the bottom, making it easy to access. The staff provides excellent service, ensuring all your needs are met. The basic amenities are provided with all the comforts you need. Breakfast is included and is delicious, especially with the addition of tomatoes.

Great value for money and a convenient location close to the village center. The rooms were clean and functional, with towels provided. The shuttle bus stop was located at the bottom of the steep stairs, which made it easy to move around. the breakfast had a good variety of options and was enjoyable.

The rooms weren’t heated well enough, making it a bit cold at night. The shower didn’t have any form of heating, so it was best to bring flip flops.

The owners were setting up for the ski season, but nothing was too much trouble. They spent a lot of time just chatting with us and giving us background - on the snowy gum trees and fire, on the ski season and much else. Breakfast was generous with the most amazing view of on Mount K. a great family place.
